The well-furnished apartment was great, but low shower pressure was a hassle.

The two-bedroom apartment provided excellent space and was clean upon arrival, which is essential for a family stay. It was conveniently located near Sophia Gardens, making it easy to enjoy events there. The shower was impressively powerful, while the staff's helpfulness during check-in was commendable. the TV issues were a concern for longer stays, although we were offered alternatives, none suited our needs. A better selection of light food would enhance the dining experience.

We had a fantastic time staying at the two-bedroom apartment with friends. We loved the easy access to local spots like the National Museum and the gorgeous Bute Park, which made our days fun and memorable. The apartment was well-furnished, clean, and the staff was very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.
One downside was the shower pressure. it sputtered a bit at times, which made washing our hair take longer than expected.

Couples looking for a romantic escape
We stayed in the King Suite, and it was spacious, luxurious, the big bathtub was like a dream after a long day. And the comfort of the bed? It was like sleeping on a cloud, I couldn’t believe we got such a fantastic room for the price we paid.
Now, it wasn't exactly pocket change, but for what we got, it felt worth it.

Impressive Room Decor, Abundant Outdoor Seating, Accessible Nearby Transport
The fact that the TV channels were non-functional, coupled with the outdated carpets, is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber!!!

It was just a commendable fit for a trip in Cardiff, great for the money. The quilt on the bed was thin, but I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room. Bring your own hairdryer as they don’t provide one.

Had a right laugh at Coffico! The breakfast was top-notch, and the coffee was so brilliant we snagged some to take away. The leisurely stroll to the city centre was a delight, taking me through the lovely park along the River Taff—pure bliss!
The bed was softer than a marshmallow, but each to their own, I suppose. Bummer about the broken lamp and the bathroom blind—didn't help the vibe much. The morning coffee situation was a bit of a letdown, though.
